The roof was leaking badly, and the client decided to cover it with polythene sheets as a temporary solution. Upon our inspection, we recognized the severity of the situation and assured the client that we could make the roof leak-proof for another 10 years. We applied an EPDM membrane using bonding adhesive. The EPDM membrane is UV resistant and can withstand direct sunlight. Additionally, it is non-porous, ensuring that it will not leak, regardless of water stagnation or weather conditions. This is how we earned the client's trust.
