Leak Lock Insulation Contracting is a roof waterproofing and fabrication contractor based in Dubai Industrial City. Facility managers, warehouse owners, contractors and villa owners call us when a roof leaks, when a gutter overflows, or when a building needs handrails, gratings or steelwork made and fitted properly.
The UAE climate is hard on roofs. Summer heat makes metal sheets expand and contract every day, sealants dry out, and one heavy rain exposes every weak lap and screw. Our work is built around that reality: we find where the water is getting in, repair the cause, and seal the roof with a system chosen for that roof type.

Which roof types do you waterproof?
We waterproof metal sheet roofs, sandwich panel roofs, concrete and flat roofs, tiled and gravel roofs, and the details around them such as gutters, skylights, expansion joints, roof drains, ventilators and pipe penetrations. After a site survey we recommend the system that suits your roof.
How do I know if my roof needs waterproofing?
Common signs are water stains on ceilings, dripping after rain or from AC condensation, rust lines along roof screws and laps, cracked sealant around skylights, blocked or leaking gutters, and damp patches on walls. If you notice any of these, book a free survey before the next rain.
Do you offer a free roof inspection?
Yes. We visit the site, inspect the roof and the leak points, and give you a written scope and quotation. The survey is free and carries no obligation.

Do you also carry out steel and aluminium fabrication?
Yes. Alongside waterproofing we fabricate and install handrails, metal gratings, skylight safety grills, staircases, ladders, gates, fences, car parking shades and general steel and aluminium works for industrial and commercial buildings.
Can the work be done while our facility stays open?
In most cases, yes. Roof waterproofing is carried out from the outside, so warehouses, factories and offices normally keep operating. We agree working hours and access with you before we start.
