EMAC Tech Villa Roof

The villa has an extension that connects the old and new buildings, with completely different roof structures. The existing roof structure consists of Mangalore tiles, while the new roof structure is made of metal. The joint between the two was causing significant leakages. We took responsibility to make the roof leak-proof by covering the joint, roof, and gutter with EPDM Membrane and bonding adhesive. The client is fully satisfied and at peace, as we provided an extraordinary solution to the problem.
